Emma obtained a First Class Law degree at the University of Buckingham, followed by a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course and Masters, which focused on Pre-Nuptial Agreements.
Prior to joining Stowe Family Law’s Oxford office, Emma worked as a Legal Assistant at Penningtons Manches Cooper and undertook her Training Contract at a Regional law firm.
Emma has also volunteered at a local Children’s Charity as a Contact Officer and facilitator of the Separated Parent’s Information Programme.
Emma has experience in a broad range of family matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, children act proceedings and domestic abuse.
Emma prides herself on her personable and calm nature, ensuring clients feel heard, have clarity and receive pragmatic advice when they are facing a challenging time. Emma goes above and beyond to achieve the best outcome for her clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the entire process.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her young family and Cavapoo puppy, Teddy. Emma is also a professional mentor for Law students at the University of Buckingham.
